Fresh flowers and other perishable goods are final sale and can't be returned or exchanged. Gift cards, downloadable products, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and some health and personal care items are also non-returnable.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you with the approval decision. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within a few business days.
