Returns & Refunds

Fresh flowers and other perishable goods are final sale and can't be returned or exchanged. Gift cards, downloadable products, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and some health and personal care items are also non-returnable.

For eligible items: request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition — partial refunds may apply otherwise. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you with the approval decision. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within a few business days.

Return shipping is your responsibility and is non-refundable. For items over $75, we recommend a trackable service. Sale items are not refundable.
